How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on orders over $150
Standard shipping Australia-wide is $10.00 We use Australia Post and you will receive email notification of your order delivery once it has been dispatched with the tracking number that can be used on the Australia Post website.
If your order is bulky there may be extra shipping charges; we will notify you if this is the case, and you will be given the option to cancel.
Free, courier and standard shipping options do not include insurance cover; in the event of loss or damage during transit, pureheaven will not be liable.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
We ship by Australia Post eParcel; the delivery time will vary depending on your location.
Customised and pre-order items have their own delivery times, this will be advised at time of ordering..
Please allow extra time for processing and for Australia post to deliver your parcel at peak times like Christmas and Easter.
Can I change an item in my order?
If you wish to change or cancel any item after placing your order, and before it has shipped, please contact us.
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, if you wish your order to go out on the same day as it is placed please note that it will need to be with us before 12 am (weekdays only) and we will do our best to meet the deadline.
Standard orders are processed on the day of receipt (excl. Saturday and Sunday) and should be with you in 2-5 days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. Pure heaven's business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00. If it has been more than five working days and you have not received your product, please contact pure heaven customer services by email at email@example.com or on (07) 46 810 586. Please not that processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand, e.g. around christmas.

GUARANTEE & RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exhange providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Please enclose your name, address, order number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and send it to pure heaven 34 Maryland St, Stanthorpe, Qld, 4380.
We aim to handle returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
